Saint Jean Kombucha
Artisan kombucha with Provençal botanicals

Crafted in small batches using botanicals from Domaine Saint Jean de Villecroze, this kombucha combines thyme, rosemary, lemon verbena and lemon zest. Traditional fermentation gives it natural acidity with herbal and citrus notes, without artificial flavourings, extracts or additives.

Also available in a version pasteurised after fermentation, allowing storage at room temperature.

Serving suggestion: serve well chilled in a wine glass or flute, on its own or in a cocktail such as the Saint Jean Spritz.
