These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “T&Cs”) are entered into between:

2. PURPOSE
These T&Cs govern:
- The online sale of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- The relationship between the Seller and any customer (the “Customer”)
Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. PRODUCTS
The products offered on the Website include, but are not limited to:
- Wines
- Spirits
- Non-alcoholic beverages
- Related products
Important information:
- Product images are non-contractual
- Vintages, batches, or formats may vary depending on availability
- Certain products may be offered in limited quantities
4. PRICES
Prices are indicated:
- In euros (€)
- All taxes included (VAT included)
- Excluding delivery costs
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of order validation.
5. ORDERS
Ordering process:
- Product selection
- Cart validation
- Entry of Customer information
- Payment
- Order confirmation
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of:
- Previous disputes
- Non-payment
- Suspected fraud
- Abnormally large orders (anti-resale / anti-fraud policy)
6. PAYMENT
Payments are secure and may be made via:
- Credit or debit card
- Any other payment method available on the Website
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery areas:
Delivery is available within France and to the destinations specified on the Website.
Delivery times:
- 2 to 7 business days (indicative only)
Delivery costs:
Specified prior to order confirmation.
Important restrictions:
- Certain destinations may be excluded for alcoholic beverages
- The Customer is responsible for complying with local regulations
Liability:
The Seller shall not be held liable for:
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer
- Delivery refusal due to local legal restrictions
8. RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
Upon delivery:
- The Customer must inspect the package
- Any reservations must be notified immediately to the carrier
Claims policy:
Any claim for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence.
After this period, no claims will be accepted.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable law:
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Conditions:
- Products must be unopened
- Unused and unconsumed
- Returned in original packaging
- In perfect condition
Specific cases:
- Only unopened beverages are eligible for return
- Any opened product is non-refundable
- Personalized products are non-refundable
Returns:
- At the Customer’s expense
- Under the Customer’s responsibility
Refund:
Processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
10. LEGAL WARRANTIES
The Seller provides:
- Legal guarantee of conformity
- Warranty against hidden defects
11. SALE OF ALCOHOL
Legal restriction:
The sale of alcohol to individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
The Customer confirms:
- Being at least 18 years old
- Having full legal capacity
The Seller reserves the right to:
- Refuse an order
- Request proof of age
- Block delivery in case of doubt
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Consume in moderation.
12. LIABILITY
The Seller shall not be held liable for:
- Improper use of products
- Excessive consumption
- Indirect damages
- Non-compliance with local laws by the Customer
13. FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to:
- Strikes
- Logistical failures
- Natural disasters
- Technical incidents
14. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed for:
- Order management
- Customer relationship management
- Invoicing
In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to:
- Access
- Rectification
- Erasure

16. MEDIATION
