Chosen for their aromatic typicity, capable of revealing the splendour of the Astros terroir, the vines, planted on limestone soils, come from plots selected to bring out the intensity and purity of our finest Syrahs.

More : Traditional vinification in concrete vats. Aged for 18 months in 600-litre oak barrels to round out the tannins and refine the wine’s aromas.
